THE 45TH ANNIVERSARY · SEPTEMBER 2027

One legendary
reunion.
A whole new horizon.

Michael. KITT. The memories.
Now imagine the whole fan club at sea.

Ten sailing possibilities. And one anniversary-day idea that could make this reunion something extraordinary.

A POSSIBILITY TO EXPLORE TOGETHER

An idea that might
be worth considering.

What if we celebrated the anniversary in Cozumel—with Mexican car enthusiasts, fellow Knight Rider fans, and a gathering created just for this milestone?

EL AUTO INCREÍBLE MEETS KNIGHT RIDER

One anniversary.
Two fan communities.
A shared story.

Norwegian Escape is scheduled to visit Cozumel on Sunday, September 26, 2027—the 45th anniversary date itself. That timing gives us an interesting possibility to investigate.

My idea is a modest, two-to-three-hour international fan celebration: local and visiting enthusiasts meeting face-to-face, classic or custom cars, trivia, anniversary photos, and perhaps a KITT replica if the right owner and logistics align.

It could be a distinctive centerpiece for the cruise. At this stage, I’m proposing that we explore it together.

PROPOSED CONCEPT · PARTNERS AND ARRANGEMENTS TO BE CONFIRMED

REPORTED NCL GROUP OPPORTUNITY

A further reason
to take a closer look.

GREEN group-space status reported. These percentages are from the supplied proposal’s summary of NCL’s report. They are not quoted group fares and have not been applied to the CruiseDesk prices below. Current inventory, eligible categories, benefits, and final rates require NCL confirmation.

CONCEPT A / THE FAN MEET

Bring the communities together.

Explore a gathering with local automotive organizers: perhaps 10–25 classic or modified cars, fan introductions, trivia, a fan-choice award, photography, and a commemorative group photo. Participation would shape the scale.

CONCEPT B / THE SHOWPIECE

Could KITT join us?

Investigate whether a Mexican KITT replica owner might participate. Vehicle transport to the island, insurance, secure display space, and permits would need to work before we could promise it.

CONCEPT C / THE PRIVATE CELEBRATION

A simpler way to celebrate.

If a car display proves impractical, explore an accessible private venue for memorabilia, costumes, trivia, cake, photos, and a possible live connection with fans elsewhere.

Why Cozumel—and what I would investigate next +

Promising starting points.

The supplied research identifies a local automotive scene: Brothers Old And Slow’s August 2026 Brothers Car Fest reportedly drew about 150 exhibition vehicles and more than 120 competition entries. A March 2026 international Ford Model A gathering reportedly brought about 100 historic cars to the island.

It also identifies Mexican Knight Rider fandom under the name “El Auto Increíble,” including a reported KR MEX replica gathering in Mexico City in 2018. These are research leads to reconfirm, rather than participating partners.

Potential local partners.

I would begin with the Cozumel Municipal Tourism Office and Brothers Old And Slow, then explore Mexican Knight Rider and KITT communities. Parque Benito Juárez and local convention or entertainment venues could be considered, subject to availability, permissions, access, and pricing.

A possible anniversary morning.

  • 8:00 AM Scheduled ship arrival
  • 9:00 AM Prearranged group transportation
  • 9:30 AM Welcome, car display, introductions and photos
  • 10:30 AM Trivia, showcase and fan-choice award
  • 11:30 AM Anniversary moment, cake and group photograph
  • 12:30 PM Begin returning toward the ship
  • 4:00 PM Scheduled ship departure

This is an illustration only. Pier location, local time, transport, security, and the ship’s actual all-aboard time must govern any final schedule.

One person can make a difference.

We could also explore a modest charitable component with a vetted Cozumel youth-serving organization—a positive local legacy, subject to the club’s approval.

First, test the possibilities.

I would reconfirm the itinerary, group benefits, inventory, and onboard space with NCL; ask local organizers about participation and permissions; and prepare two realistic budgets—a private celebration and a car-display version. Then we could decide whether this deserves a place at the center of the anniversary plan.

An idea for consideration, not a confirmed excursion or event. No venue, vehicle, club, appearance, partner, group rate, or special program has been contracted or guaranteed. Event costs would be separate from the displayed cruise fares unless a final quote expressly includes them. All details require reconfirmation.

CLEAR FARES. CONFIDENT PLANNING.

Know what the price means.

Every cabin fare is shown upfront. Your final quote should confirm the exact room, occupancy, inclusions, and total trip cost.

What’s shown: Cruise-only fares in USD per traveler, including taxes and fees, as displayed in the two linked CruiseDesk comparisons on October 14, 2026. Starting cabin-category prices are snapshots, not held inventory or confirmed group rates.

What to confirm: Occupancy assumptions, cabin category and location, eligibility or member-price conditions, deposits, cancellation terms, and any fare-package inclusions. Do not assume every offer is available to every traveler.

Budget beyond the cruise: Airfare, hotels, transfers, travel insurance, excursions, gratuities, and optional onboard purchases are not included in these comparison figures unless explicitly included in your confirmed quote. Any anniversary-event fee would be quoted separately if applicable.

Rates can change: Fares and availability change frequently. Source rates are valid for U.S. and Canadian residents only. Subject to applicable law, cruise lines may charge fuel supplements or government-tax increases. Promotional extras vary by sailing, category, and fare code and may not combine.

Routes and programming: Itineraries, port calls, and schedules can change. No cruise, group space, guest appearance, or anniversary program has been confirmed.
